No Risk Guarantee - Eureka Bar Review

This is not a results oriented warranty. Not only are all the requirements practically impossible to comply with for a bar review course, they are a disincentive - if it didn't work for you and you fail the exam, the opportunity costs are much higher than the course costs. Be very wary of anyone offering your money back if you fail.

With our guarantee*, you can enter the Online Classroom, take the initial battery of tests and receive your initial report that outlines your strengths and weaknesses and provides an analysis of either why you failed on a previous attempt to pass the bar or what you need to focus on to pass it the first time.

If you want a refund after looking over the report, just let us know within 2 days of reviewing your results. Send an e-mail to jpaul@jurisprep.com with a request for your money back and the reason. We will cancel your order and credit your account minus a $100 service fee for providing the report. If we don't receive a refund request you can continue to use the Online Classroom to prepare for the bar exam and if you are ever dissatisfied, we'll refund your license fee on a pro-rated basis as follows:

75% if notice received after you receive the substantive materials but before completing your 2nd Online Classroom assignment;

50% if notice received after completing your 2nd Online Classroom assignment but before completing your 6th assignment; or

25% if at any time within 3 months of finishing the course you feel like it was not worth the investment, you did not receive the personal attention you expected, the content was not outstanding, or you are otherwise not completely satisfied with the Eureka experience.

*This guarantee only applies to the Online Custom Bar Review Course that includes the Initial Diagnostic Assessment and one-on-one tutoring.
